Originally from the UK, Andy is an instructor with a broad background that includes

20 years experience as a Paramedic driving assessor, performing & instructing emergency/defensive driving on a daily basis.

He has the tools to teach you to be safe whenever you are behind the wheel, whatever the circumstances.

Utilizing techniques such as self critiquing rather than the old school ‘do as I say’ method, students enjoy a more relaxed teaching style and a more immersive/productive learning experience.

Advance driver training was established in 2016 with a emphasis on teaching students to drive defensively and not re-actively!

We run a fleet of VW Polos, both Manual and Automatic because they have the highest safety rating in their class and are perfect for learning to drive.
